شروط وسياسات حضور الدورات والبرامج المباشرة أو المسجلة

بالتسجيل في الدورات والبرامج المباشرة، سواء كانت عبر الإنترنت أو بحضور شخصي، فإنك تتحمل المسؤولية الكاملة لحضورك الشخصي في التاريخ والوقت المقرر والاستفادة من كافة المعلومات المقدمة أثناء الدورة. هذه هي الوسيلة الوحيدة التي يمكنك من خلالها الحصول على محتوى البرنامج الذي اشتركت فيه. ولا ينبغي الاعتماد على توفير مواد تسجيل الدورة، سواء تم توفيرها أم لم يتم؛ حيث إن تم توفيرها، فستعتبر هدية إضافية من قبلنا وليست جزءًا أساسياً من البرنامج الذي إشتركت فيه.

يرجى العلم أن النقاشات والأسئلة خلال اللقاءات المباشرة سيتم اختيارها بشكل عشوائي وبأكبر قدر ممكن ضمن ساعات الدورة المحددة، حيث لن يتمكن مقدم الدورة من الإجابة على جميع أسئلة المشتركين نظرًا لعددهم. سواء تم اختيار سؤالك أم لا، ننصحك بالاستماع إلى النقاشات المتاحة ضمن البرنامج. كما يجب ملاحظة أن النقاشات محصورة فقط أثناء الدورات والبرامج المباشرة. وفي حال رغبتك بطرح سؤال أو النقاش بعد البرنامج المباشر مع مقدم البرنامج أو حتى أثناء حضورك للبرامج المسجله، فيجب حجز استشارة منفصلة ودفع الرسوم المقررة لها.

في حال تغيبك عن أي من الدورات أو البرامج المباشرة، سواء كان ذلك بعذر أو بدون عذر، نحيطك علماً بأنه لا يوجد خيار لإعادة البرنامج المباشر، ولا توجد ضمانات بأن تحصل على المادة المسجلة. لذا، ننصحك بالتأكد التام من قدرتك على الحضور والالتزام بالوقت والتاريخ المحدد من قبلنا قبل التسجيل في برامجنا ودوراتنا المباشرة.

عند حضورك لأحد برامجنا المسجلة، يعتمد التعلم على المحاضرات المسجلة فقط. يُرجى العلم بأن المواد المستخدمة داخل المحاضرات، مثل شرائح العرض التقديمي، لن تُتاح بشكل منفصل. كما يُمنع تحميل المواد على الهواتف أو أي أجهزة أخرى بهدف الحفاظ على حقوق الملكية الفكرية ومنع مشاركتها مع الآخرين. وفي حال رغبتك بطرح أسئلة أو مناقشة المحتوى، يمكنك حجز استشارة منفصلة مع دفع الرسوم المقررة لها.

بعد انضمامك إلى محتوى البرنامج عبر المجموعة أو الصفحة المخصصة له، يرجى التأكد من الحفاظ على عضويتك، حيث إنك المسؤول الوحيد عن استمرارها. في حال مغادرتك لأي سبب، ستحتاج إلى إعادة الاشتراك وفقًا للمبلغ المالي المُحدَّث للانضمام مجددًا.

سياسة التعامل مع التجاوزات والتطاول

تلتزم الشركة بتوفير بيئة آمنة ومحترمة لجميع المشاركين والأعضاء. في حالة حدوث أي تجاوزات أو تطاول من قبل أي من المشتركين تجاه أحد أعضاء الفريق، فإن الجهة تحتفظ بالحق في اتخاذ الإجراءات التالية

الحرمان من الجلسات أو البرامج المدفوعة: المشترك الذي يثبت تجاوزه أو تطاوله سيتم استبعاده فورًا من الجلسات أو البرامج التي تم التسجيل فيها-

عدم استرداد المبلغ المدفوع: لن يتم استرداد أي مبالغ مالية تم دفعها مقابل الجلسات أو البرامج التي يتم الحرمان منها بسبب التجاوزات. و هذا مقابل الموارد والجهود التي بذلها الفريق في التحضير والتنظيم. تتوافق هذه السياسة مع سياسة الشركة العامة في عدم استرداد المبالغ المدفوعة.

التجاوزات المشمولة: تشمل الإساءات اللفظية أو التصرفات غير الملائمة، سواء كانت مباشرة أو غير مباشرة، التي قد تؤدي إلى شكاوى من قبل المدربين، أعضاء الفريق، أو المشاركين الآخرين

نؤكد على ضرورة الالتزام بالاحترام المتبادل والتعامل بأخلاق ومهنية ضمن جميع تفاعلاتنا.

إقرار عدم تحمل المسؤولية

سياسة القوة القهرية

نحن لسنا مسؤولين عن الفشل أو التأخير في الأداء مثل تقديم المحاضرات المباشرة أو الوصول إلى الجلسة الإستشاريه أو الوصول للمواد المسجله والمدفوعه أو غيرها من أنواع الخلل الفني بسبب ظروف غير متوقعة وخارجة عن سيطرتنا، بما في ذلك الكوارث الطبيعية أو انقطاع الاتصالات أو إنغلاق أو توقف حسابات التواصل العالميه التي تحمل التسجيلات أو البرامج المدفوعه أو بسبب الأوبئه أو المرض أو الوفاة أو أي أمر آخر خارج عن سيطرتنا المعقوله.

حماية البيانات
يتم الحفاظ على سرية معلوماتك ولا تتم مشاركتها مع أطراف ثالثة، باستثناء ما هو ضروري لخدماتنا أو وفقًا لما يقتضيه القانون.

سياسة الجلسات والاستشارات

جميع الجلسات الفردية لا يمكن تأجيلها. في حال عدم القدرة على حضور جلسة، ستُستبدل بإستشارة صوتية واحدة عبر الواتس آب. يجب استخدام هذه الاستشارة الصوتية خلال 72 ساعة من تاريخ الجلسة الملغاة من قبل المشترك لضمان الاستمرارية والتزام بالمسار المخطط له. أما إذا حصل التأجيل من طرفنا نحن، فيحق لنا ذلك بسبب ظروف قاهرة خارجة عن إرادتنا مثل الخلل الفني في البرامج المستخدمة أو الإنترنت أو حتى ظرف آخر غير متوقع. في هذه الحالة، سيتم إما تحويل الجلسة إلى استشارة صوتية واحدة عبر الواتس آب أو تأجيلها ليوم آخر حسب ما يتوافق مع جدول المدرب.

سياسة الاشتراك الشهري للمجموعات لدينا

1️⃣ الاشتراك الشهري والتجديد التلقائي:

عند اشتراكك في أي من المجموعات المدفوعة، سيكون الاشتراك شهريًا ويتم تجديده تلقائيًا كل شهر من خلال نفس الرابط الذي قمت بالاشتراك عن طريقه، وسيتم خصم رسوم الاشتراك تلقائيًا من الحساب المستخدم عند التسجيل.

في حال اشتراكك عبر وسيط دفع أو بطريقة أخرى غير رابط الاشتراك الشهري، يجب عليك تجديد الاشتراك قبل انتهاء صلاحية اشتراكك الحالي بـ 24 ساعة. وفي حال عدم التجديد في الوقت المحدد، سيتم إلغاء اشتراكك من القناة تلقائيًا.

2️⃣ سياسة إلغاء الاشتراك:

إذا رغبت في إلغاء الاشتراك، يجب إبلاغنا قبل موعد تجديد الاشتراك بـ٤٨ ساعة لضمان عدم خصم المبلغ للشهر التالي.
عند طلب إلغاء الاشتراك، سيتم حذفك من المجموعة في نفس وقت الإلغاء بغض النظر عن أكتمال مدة الإشتراك من عدمها فننصحك بالإلغاء 48 ساعة قبل بداية الشهر الجديد
في حال تجاوز موعد التجديد وتم خصم المبلغ للشهر الجديد، فلن يتم استرجاع المبلغ. لذلك، نرجو التأكد من إبلاغنا قبل أو على الوقت المحدد لتجنب أي خصومات غير مرغوبة
إذا كان اشتراكك يتم بصورة يدوية، وترغب في إيقاف الاشتراك، يمكنك ببساطة عدم التجديد، وفي هذه الحالة سيتم إلغاء اشتراكك تلقائيًا بسبب عدم التجديد

🔔 تفاصيل الإلغاء

لإلغاء اشتراكك، من الضروري أن تتواصل معنا عبر الواتساب (المذكور أدناه) لإلغاء اشتراكك قبل 48 ساعة من تاريخ تجديد الاشتراك (يُعرف تاريخ تجديد الاشتراك بأنه تاريخ اشتراكك الحالي الذي يتطابق مع التاريخ الشهري الذي يُجدد فيه اشتراكك تلقائيًا) خلال ساعات العمل الرسمية.

يُرجى ملاحظة أنه إذا صادف تاريخ تجديد اشتراكك خلال ساعات غير العمل، مثل عطلات نهاية الأسبوع الرسمية (السبت والأحد)، أو العطلات الرسمية، أو أي عطلات أخرى محددة في ساعات العمل الرسمية المدرجة على صفحتنا الرسمية على واتساب، أو نحو نهاية ساعات يوم العمل في يوم الجمعة، أو بداية ساعات يوم العمل مثل يوم الاثنين، يجب عليك التواصل معنا لإلغاء الاشتراك قبل 5 أيام على الأقل من تاريخ التجديد. هذا لضمان تجنب خصومات الرسوم الشهرية التلقائية. بالإضافة إلى ذلك

يعتمد تاريخ التجديد الشهري على تاريخ اشتراكك الأول. على سبيل المثال، إذا قمت بالاشتراك في 10 يناير، فسيتم تجديد اشتراكك في 10 فبراير، أو وفقًا للتاريخ المحدد بناءً على طريقة حساب الأشهر الكونية، والتي قد تختلف من شهر لآخر وفقًا للنظام الرقمي والذكي المستخدم في عملية الدفع.
سيتم احتساب تاريخ بداية اشتراكك ودخولك للمجموعة بناءً على تاريخ الدفع، بغض النظر عن الفرق الزمني بين وقت اشتراكك ووقت تواصلك معنا و انضمامك إلى القناة، حيث يتم اعتماد تاريخ الدفع كمرجع أساسي في إشتراكك لذلك، ننصحك بالتواصل معنا فورًا عبر الواتساب (المذكور في الأسفل) بعد اشتراكك، وذلك خلال ساعات العمل، لتتمكن من الحصول على الدخول فورًا والاستمتاع بمزايا المجموعة المدفوعة.

Non-refundable Policy

All payments are final upon completion of purchase and booking confirmation, whether before or after receiving course materials or attending programs or sessions—whether live or recorded. Refunds or exchanges are not provided in the event of cancellation.

All cancellations are non-refundable; however, if a cancellation is made, clients may choose to convert their payment into service credits for future use, valid for 30 calendar days from the date of cancellation.

Course Access

After successful payment, you will shortly gain access to the course content. Ensure the email address provided during the purchase process is accurate, as it will be used for all course-related communications.

Terms of Attendance for Live and or Recorded Courses and Programs:

By enrolling in live courses and programs, whether online or in-person, you assume full responsibility for your attendance at the specified date and time, as well as for benefiting from all information provided during the course. This is the sole means through which you can access the content of the program you have registered for. Reliance on the provision of recorded materials should not be assumed, whether such materials are made available or not. If provided, these recordings are considered an additional courtesy on our part and not a fundamental part of the commitment.

Please note that discussions and questions during live sessions will be randomly selected as much as possible within the designated course hours, as the instructor will not be able to answer all participant questions due to the number of attendees. Whether your question is selected or not, we encourage you to listen to the discussions available within the program. It should also be noted that discussions are limited to the duration of the live courses and programs. If you wish to ask a question or continue the discussion with the instructor after the live program, a separate consultation must be booked, with the applicable fees paid.

In the event of your absence from any live course or program, whether with or without an excuse, please be advised that there is no option to replay the live program, nor is there a guarantee that you will receive the recorded material. Therefore, we advise you to take your time and ensure your ability to attend and commit to the specified date and time before registering for our live programs and courses.

When attending one of our recorded programs, learning is based solely on the recorded lectures. Please note that materials used within the lectures, such as presentation slides, will not be provided separately. Additionally, downloading the materials onto phones or other devices is prohibited to preserve intellectual property rights and prevent sharing with unauthorized individuals. If you wish to ask questions or discuss the content, you may book a separate consultation and pay the applicable fees.

Once you have joined the program’s content through the designated group or page, please ensure that you maintain your membership, as you are solely responsible for its continuity. If you leave for any reason, rejoining will require a new subscription at the updated fee.

Policy on Handling Offenses and Insolence

The company is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all participants and members. In the event of any offenses or insolence by any participant towards any team member, the organization reserves the right to take the following actions:

Denial of access to paid sessions or programs: A participant who is proven to have committed an offense or shown insolence will be immediately excluded from any sessions or programs they have registered for.
No refund of paid amounts: No refunds will be issued for any fees paid for sessions or programs from which a participant is barred due to offenses. This is in consideration of the resources and efforts the team has put into the preparation and organization. This policy aligns with the company’s general policy of not refunding paid amounts.
Included offenses: This includes verbal abuse or inappropriate behaviors, whether direct or indirect, that could lead to complaints from trainers, team members, or other participants.

We emphasize the need for mutual respect and professional conduct in all interactions.

Positive Outcomes

By attending any of our events or courses, you authorize us to share your success results with our audience, following successful application of the selected material.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance such as live lectures, session access, or other disruptions due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, communication breakdowns, or pandemics.

Data Protection

Your information is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties, except as necessary for our services or as required by law.

Individualized Sessions Policy

All individual sessions are non-postponable. If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled session, it will be substituted with a single voice consultation via WhatsApp. This consultation must be utilized within 72 hours from the date of the canceled session to ensure continuity and adherence to the planned trajectory. However, if the postponement is initiated by us, we reserve the right to do so due to force majeure circumstances beyond our control such as technical failures in the software used, internet issues, or any other unforeseen situation. In such cases, the session may either be converted into a single voice consultation via WhatsApp or rescheduled to another day that aligns with the coach’s schedule.

Monthly Subscription Policy for Groups

Welcome to our monthly subscription program. Please carefully read the following terms to ensure clarity and avoid any misunderstandings.

When you subscribe to any of our paid groups, the subscription is on a monthly basis and will be automatically renewed each month through the same link you initially used to subscribe. The subscription fee will be automatically deducted from the payment method used at registration. If your subscription was made through a payment agent or any method other than the direct monthly subscription link, you must renew your subscription 24 hours before your current subscription expires to avoid automatic removal from the group.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must notify us at least 24 -48 hours before the renewal date to ensure no charges are made for the upcoming month. If cancellation is requested on time, no further charges will be made. However, if the renewal date is reached and the amount is deducted, the payment is non-refundable.

Details on Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, it is crucial to contact us through WhatsApp at ‪+971 50 133 5313‬ to cancel your subscription within 24-48 hours of the date of subscription renewal (subscription renewal date is defined as the date of your current subscription which matches the date each month when your subscription is scheduled to be automatically renewed) during our official working hours. Please note that if your subscription renewal date falls during non-working hours, such as official weekends (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays, or other holidays specified on our official working hours listed on our business WhatsApp page, or towards the end hours of the working day on Friday, or the beginning hours of the working day like Monday, you must contact us for cancellation at least 3-5 days before the renewal date. This ensures the avoidance of automatic monthly charge deductions. Additionally, if you opt to cancel immediately after a monthly charge has been automatically deducted, please be aware that this amount will not be refunded and that early cancellation may result in your removal from the paid group. Therefore, we advise you to contact us right before the renewal date, as explained above, to enjoy the benefits of the rich content available in the paid group. Finally, kindly note that cancellation can only be made by contacting us directly; there is no available option for self-cancellation.

Note: If you leave the paid group on your own, this does not mean that the paid amount is refundable, and returning to the group will require a new subscription with a new payment.

For manual subscription renewals, if you choose not to continue, your subscription will be automatically canceled due to non-renewal. When requesting to cancel the subscription, you will be removed from the group at the same time of cancellation, regardless of whether the subscription period is complete or not. Therefore, we advise you to cancel near the end of the period (24 hours before the commencement of the next month).

The monthly renewal date is based on your initial subscription date.
